The Scoop on Dairy

Dairy is one of the most controversial food groups known to man! 

The famous "Drink Milk" campaign has many Americans brainwashed to believe drinking conventional milk is healthy. 

I'm here to share with you the fact that NOT ALL dairy is bad for you, however, the most important thing you can do when buying or consuming dairy, is buy the kind of dairy that is not full of hormones, GMO's, toxins, and void of probiotics, enzymes, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. 

As a human race, we have been consuming dairy products for approximately 9,000 years.

However, the animals from which that dairy came were grazed on mineral and vitamin-rich grass.

Nowadays, the cows who produce the majority of the milk for consumer consumption are sick and fed GMO feed and antibiotics to make them fat.

Winter Wellness (Part 1) - Mindset & Perspective

It's that time of year for many of us who reside in the Northern hemisphere where colds, flu, and other viruses increase and become more common among us.

There are many reasons this tends to happen. 

The cold season brings us less exposure to sunshine which means that we have less access to endogenous, which means made in our bodies, vitamin D, and melatonin. 

Both vital to a healthy and radiant body for hundreds of reasons.

We also spend more time indoors with less exposure to nature and heat our homes with recycled air that dehydrates our bodies and keeps indoor toxins circulating. 

As a mother of two boys who always express a cold or flu once a year, I'm determined to share what I've learned from a holistic and whole-body perspective.

Benefits of Coffee Enemas

 
 
I get how weird this may sound, or maybe it doesn't sound weird at all. 
 
I mean the more I get into truly caring and loving my body, I will do some of the weirdest and most uncomfortable things to keep my soul home primed and healthy. 
 
I first heard about enemas when I was really young. I would spend the night at my cousin's house and my aunt would let us watch the movie, Sybil. 
 
It was a really strange movie and was based on a true story about child abuse and deep psychological scars... perfect for young impressionable girls. LOL
 
The star, Sally Field, was so traumatized that she ended up with schizophrenia and having 16 different personalities. 
 
One of the things her mother would do was force her child to take enemas as a form of punishment. 
 
From a very young, I thought enemas were just that, punishment. 
 
I always wondered if people were actually punished by doing enemas.
