We like the word movement better than exercise, don't you?

Many relate exercise to suffering. You might as well be buy a hamster wheel. 

Movement should be fun, feel good, and leave us refreshed and ready to take on the world.  

77% of Americans don't get enough exercise, according to the CDC. Our bodies are made to move and unfortunately, the conventional corporate lifestyle promotes the silent killer, chronic sitting. 

Chronic sitting is now considered the new smoking. A study published in the American Journal of Epidemiology found that people who sat more than six hours a day died earlier than their counterparts who limited sitting time to 3 hours per day or less! Prolong sitting is linked to:

  • A higher risk of developing heart disease
  • Increased risk of obesity
  • Increased risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
  • Muscular issues
  • Developing depression.

To help combat chronic sitting, personal and/or group yoga and fitness classes . We focus on movement that restores the body’s natural posture, spine and wrist health, and strengthens the large muscle groups that help keep the body in an upright and ergonomically correct sitting position.

We work on inspire and fuel clients to move daily, stand and stretch more, consider standing work spaces. Our goal is to teach clients to intentionally and consistently interrupting the long-cycle of chronic sitting that the majority of clientsdo daily.
